The fully automated version includes intelligent valve control units connected through an ASi network for valve control.
Mixproof valves with position confirmation and loss drainage and an advanced automation enables the system to distribute different liquids simultaneously to different lines, with 100% flexibility.
Additional lines can be added at any time without the need to stop the plant for the new integration.
The sanitation of the system is a priority, that's why the semiautomatic system provides the same security and flexibility as the fully automatic system. Thanks to the position sensors of all the components, there is always an interlock automation for the verification of all manual actions.
In general, it integrates into the central plant control system, but it can be operated from a touch screen. From this screen you can display the status of each valve, activate sequences for the opening or closing of the different paths depending on the process and see the system alarms and events.
