Description

Continuos liquid lines mixing system, fully automatic, designed so it can be easily integrated into any processing unit.

Specs

  • Capacity:
    • Final syrup: 7.000 Kg/h to 60.000 Kg/h.
    • Final beverage: 4.000 LPH to 80.000 LPH.
  • Accuracy: +-0.01 °Brix.
  • CP/CP4: > 1,33.
  • The measurement of °Brix is conducted on the output line by using a high-precision U tube effect system:
    • Syrup and beverages: 0.01 ° Brix.
    • Light beverages: 0.002 ° Brix.

Smallest footprint

Compact system designed to occupy as less space as possible in your plant, allowing greater use of the available floor space.

High precision, best performance

Mass flow rates measurements, which allow the system to accept variations in °Brix in the final syrup inlet, plus the dosage through pumps selected according to the product to be mixed and the compensation through system feedback, allows the system to achieve a high precision on the final product, and therefore better performance.

Optionally, an automatic feedback measurement of the product output compensates the input, in order to obtain high precision during production.

Modification controls

The edition of recipes is accessible by authorized operators that allows their creation and/or modification. This allows the simple creation and/or modification of recipes with flexibility. Optionally, it is possible to have a database with the extended history of the elaborations that have been carried out in the system.

Easy operation

The process is controlled through the touch-screen provided by the equipment as HMI, from where all the operations can be carried out in a simple and intuitive way. Contiblend has the option to replicate the screen and the operation of the equipment remotely via an installed PC in any area of the plant.

High flow rate without losing precision

The system allows a wide range of production flow rates while maintaining the necessary precision, achieving great flexibility and ensuring the correct mixing for the different recipes stored in the equipment.

Minimum losses

Losses are the lowest possible thanks to a CO2 flush of the components and the output line.

CIP Ready

Thought from its origin to be compatible with in-line CIP and designed to ensure a thorough cleaning.

  • Pumping system for concentrated liquids that are not next to the Contiblend. (Distances greater than 30 meters).
