Direct centrifugal mixer, sanitary construction, in accordance with the current standards for plants that work with continuous and discontinuous processes.
It allows an efficient mixing of liquid with a wide variety of powdered components and/or viscous fluids.
Consists of a centrifugal mixing head with direct feed from the bottom of a tank prepared for this very purpose, forcing the liquid phase and solid aggregates and/or viscous fluids to pass through a turbine and grid that causes an intimate mixture of the components.
This allows the rapid mixing of powders or granulates with water or other liquids, giving a very important solution in the food industry for special preparations, and in particular for the reconstitution of milk or other milk formulations.


Process Safety

Materials in contact with the product are stainless steel AISI 304L / 316L, elastomers and other sanitary materials, ensuring an operation without possibility of contamination with a design that focuses on the highest standards of quality and sanitary.
