Product deaerator system

Decon-P

  • Designed so that it can be easily integrated into any processing unit.
  • It can remove dissolved oxygen continouosly from different products, with different range of temperature according to each product.
  • It's possible to attach it to pasteurizers or other equipment, considerably reducing the space to be used in the plant due to its compact size.

Description

Decon-P is a continuous deaerator system that removes oxygen dissolved in juices and milk, among others. It works by means of a vacuum pump and a system designed for product distribution at the entrance to facilitate the removal of dissolved oxygen.

Specs

  • Capacity: 5,000 to 40,000 Kg/h (Higher flowrates available upon request).
  • Product deaeration: up to 0.5 ppm (depending on product viscosity and dissolved oxygen content)

FEATURES

Ability to preserve all properties

An aroma condenser is integrated to the system, which allows the aromas to be re-injected to the product at the tank outlet, letting the product keep its original properties.

CIP Ready

Thought from its origin to be compatible with in-line CIP and designed to ensure a thorough cleaning.

All the information, at any time

Constant data registry, exportable, filterable by production, with the possibility to access all the records of the equipment through the ethernet network from the device that the customer defines. (Optional)

Modifications Control

The edition of recipes is accessible by authorized operators that allows their creation and/or modification. This allows the simple creation and/or modification of recipes with flexibility. Optionally, it is possible to have a database with the extended history of the elaborations that have been carried out in the system.

Easy operation

The process is controlled through the touch-screen provided by the equipment as HMI, from where all the operations can be carried out in a simple and intuitive way. Decon-P has the option to replicate the screen and the operation of the equipment remotely via an installed PC in any area of the plant.
