Description

The milk reception unit Recimilk is specially designed to obtain an accurate measurement during the process of receiving raw milk from dairy farms, achieving a precise deaeration before been storaged in silo tanks, waiting for a subsequent industrial process.

All the information, at any time

The integrated control system of the unit allows the monitoring and recording of data regarding discharged volumes and flows as well as truck discharge and final temperatures, date, time and data of the corresponding transport.
All data can be exported with the possibility to access all the records of the equipment through the ethernet network from the device that the customer defines.

CIP Ready

Thought from its origin to be compatible with in-line CIP and designed to ensure a thorough cleaning.

Easy operation

The process is controlled through the touch-screen provided by the equipment as HMI, from where all the operations can be carried out in a simple and intuitive way. Thermibev has the option to replicate the screen and the operation of the equipment remotely via an installed PC in any area of the plant.

  • Plate heat exchanger that allows in line raw milk cooling while entering the storage tanks or in recirculation once the discharge has been concluded.
  • Mass flow meter.
  • Second milk filter installed in parallel that ensures the continuity of the process in case of blockage.
  • Automatic sampling valve, suitable for CIP, with a container holder to take representative samples during the entire discharge phase.
  • Integrated system with RFID reader for operator logging with different user levels, with the possibility of taking data of the truck (if it is equipped with RFID) for a complete traceability of the product.
  • Set of mixproof valves that allows unloading a truck and wash another one in position simultaneously.
  • Rail to store and protect the hose automatically.
